Popham Airfield

Popham is the home of the Spitfire Flying Club which has over 400 members. Our Club name is retained in memory of Charles Church who owned several Spitfires and whose family still own the airfield. We have 100+ aircraft based here, ranging from Microlights to ex-Russian fighter trainers. Popham is also “Motor Cycle” friendly and our own Cafeteria is often used by bikers out for a spin.
