Hacienda Del Sol is a new award-winning residential and holiday development on the New Golden Mile and built in a wonderful terracotta-coloured Moorish style. From high quality marble floors, bathrooms and kitchens, immaculate tropical gardens, secure gated perimeters, and safe underground parking - to fabulous pools, a sports complex with tennis, saunas, and a huge Jacuzzi, great attention has been paid to ensuring that this showcase urbanization is absolutely luxurious in every respect. Situated close to the ever-popular Puerto Banus and alongside the new Marriott and Crown Plaza hotels, Hacienda Del Sol is perfectly located for beach-loving families, fun-loving young adults, motorcycling and golfing nuts alike.
We have 2 spacious and luxurious ground floor apartments providing top comfort and all-year-round accommodation for up to 6 persons each depending upon availability. Being south west-facing they make the absolute most of the beautiful sunshine throughout the day. Each has 2 double bedrooms, 2 luxury marble bathrooms, with 2 extra single beds extending the accomodation for up to 6 persons if necessary. A cot and highchair are also available to hire. (You ride down and your partner and children fly perhaps?)
The accommodation is fully equipped with an elevator from the garage below right to your front door, WiFi, air conditioning, heating (you probably won't need it, even in winter!), large terraces, and a beautiful communal pool (with disabled lift into water) plus a separate children's pool just a stone's-throw away. There is even a large communal Jacuzzi (you never know who you might meet in there!) and a sports area with a wonderful gym, saunas, table-tennis and tennis courts, etc.
