Hello and welcome to our home.

We are situated on the edge of Hastings Country Park with its numerous lovely walks. We are just over a mile from Hastings Old Town and sea front. The Old Town has a variety of cafes, pubs, restaurants, art and craft shops and galleries, including the new Jerwood Gallery due to open summer 2011.

Our 1930's house has a contemporary interior. The comfortable guest room has an en suite shower room and digital TV. Tea and coffee is available at any time. Safe off street parking for your bike

Full English, vegetarian or continental breakfast is offered, including home-made preserves in season. Weather permitting breakfast can be taken on the south facing terrace in our spacious garden.

Hastings has a range of things to do and see and is also ideally situated to visit other coastal and inland attractions. We will be happy to advice on local attractions if needed. Ideally situated for rides in the East Sussex countryside, and only minutes away from the sea front where the famous May bank holiday bike rally takes place. Almost 20,000 can be seen on the seafront. We are also only about an hour away from the cross channel train to France.

Rob is a trained and qualified massage therapist and would be happy to take an appointment for a massage from guests, or people staying elsewhere.

Please note that smoking is not allowed in the house.

As animal lovers we do allow dogs by prior arrangement.
